Dutch Speaking Sales Executive Location: Barcelona, Spain Salary: €26,276 gross/year + performance bonus of up to €3,408 gross/year Are you a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and turning prospects into long-term customers? We are looking for a Dutch Speaking Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualifying potential customers through to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.

You'll work closely with small and medium-sized businesses, helping them understand their digital advertising needs and connecting them with solutions that can support their growth. Achieve quarterly revenue targets by managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Identify and prioritize high-potential SMB accounts with strong digital advertising opportunities.

Conduct discovery calls to identify customer needs, budgets, and business objectives. Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations. Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in Salesforce.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities in Salesforce. C2 level Dutch and C1 level English, both written and spoken. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Previous experience in outbound sales, prospecting,



or cold calling.

A proven track record of working toward and achieving sales quotas.

Experience managing a large account portfolio and generating qualified meetings.

Experience using Salesforce or another enterprise CRM system. Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Pinterest Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar is a strong advantage.

Full-time hybrid position based in Barcelona. Regular sales contests and team activities. Earn up to €2,000 depending on language and project.

What We're Looking For C2 level Dutch and C1 level English, both written and spoken. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Previous experience in outbound sales, prospecting, or cold calling.
