We are seeking an experienced and professional Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations and overall guest experience for our new Kosher culinary project in Valencia. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and play a pivotal leadership role in the launch and day-to-day management of a brand-new Bistro dining establishment.

Key Requirements

Proven track record as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Maitre d' in a high-standard, fast-paced restaurant environment.

Pre-opening & setup experience: Hands-on experience with restaurant openings, POS system implementation, floor setup, and establishing service workflows.

Leadership & team development: Strong ability to recruit, train, schedule, and lead the front-of-house team (servers, hosts, runners, bartenders), fostering a positive, customer-first service culture.

Operational excellence & composure: Highly organized, financially savvy (cash control, labor costs, inventory, and wastage management), and capable of thriving under high pressure with the agility to adapt quickly during busy services.

Customer care & hospitality:



Commitment to first-class guest satisfaction, managing reservations, and handling VIP guests or feedback gracefully.

Languages: Professional working proficiency in Spanish and English is essential to communicate with local suppliers and international clientele.

Kosher knowledge: Understanding of Kosher rules and dietary guidelines is an asset, but not mandatory (on-site training will be provided).

Position Conditions & Benefits

Schedule: Full-time (Sunday to Friday, 9 hours per day / shift work).

Flexibility: Required for special events, corporate catering, and peak service periods.

Compensation: €3,000 – €3500gross / month (commensurate with background and qualifications).
