Job Purpose We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented General Ledger Supervisor to lead a team of accounting professionals and support the delivery of accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop a team accounting specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
* Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
* Review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany accounts to ensure compliance with internal controls and US GAAP.
* Perform financial statement reviews, balance sheet and P&L; fluctuation analysis, and support management reporting.
* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Operations.
* Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive service excellence.
* Support SOX compliance requirements, internal controls, and audit activities.
* Manage fixed asset accounting processes.
* Identify and implement process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
* Contribute to finance transformation projects and other strategic initiatives. Knowledge Skills And Experience
* 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably within a multinational or Shared Services Center (SSC) environment.
* Previous people management or supervisory experience.




* A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for developing people and driving efficiencies.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Strong knowledge of SAP and BW/HANA.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Experience with financial reporting, month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial analysis.
* SOX compliance and audit experience preferred.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Adaptable team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
