Role Description We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team full-time and on-site at our office in the center of Barcelona. This is a hands‐on role focused on managing and executing social media activity across multiple platforms, with close collaboration with the management team. The role requires a professional, structured, and business‐oriented mindset and is not influencer‐focused. Responsibilities
* Manage and grow Tinniless' social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
* Plan content calendars and ensure consistency, quality, and professional tone
* Adapt content to different platforms and audiences, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and professional communication
* Monitor engagement and basic performance metrics
* Use AI tools to support content creation,



optimization, and workflow efficiency
* Support the team with presentations, decks, and structured business materials
* Work closely with management to align social media activity with company and growth objectives Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Social Media Manager managing multiple platforms
* Strong communication and writing skills
* Experience developing and executing content strategies
* Ability to analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
* Experience using AI tools for content creation and productivity
* Ability to create clear, professional presentations
* Understanding of business and growth processes
* Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
* Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
