Job Description
Reporting to senior corporate leadership, the General Manager & Area Manager Spain will be responsible for overseeing the operational, commercial and financial performance of the company's hotel portfolio in Spain, while supporting future development opportunities.

Key responsibilities
include:
* Driving overall business performance across multiple hospitality assets.
* Ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and luxury service standards.
* Leading hotel leadership teams and fostering a strong performance-driven culture.
* Managing budgets, forecasting processes and financial performance targets.
* Identifying opportunities to improve profitability, operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
* Building strong relationships with ownership groups, investors and key stakeholders.
* Supporting hotel openings, renovations, repositioning projects and operational transitions.
* Contributing to strategic expansion initiatives and evaluating new hospitality opportunities.




* Ensuring compliance with all corporate, brand and regulatory requirements.
* Representing the company within the hospitality industry and local business community. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will be a seasoned hospitality leader with extensive experience managing luxury hotel operations and strong commercial acumen. Requirements include:
* Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
* Significant experience as a General Manager within luxury or upscale hospitality environments.
* Previous multi-property, cluster or regional management experience.
* Strong understanding of hotel operations across Rooms, F&B;, Sales, Revenue Management and Finance.
* Proven ability to drive revenue growth, profitability and operational excellence.
* Demonstrated experience managing P&L; responsibility and achieving business targets.
* Experience working with ownership groups and multiple stakeholders.
Track record leading renovations, openings, repositioning projects or growth initiatives.
* Excellent leadership, communication and influencing skills.
