OverviewIn this role you drive sales for the macrobiology portfolio, focusing on biomonitoring solutions for enterprise customers.

You will work with cross-territory teams to grow the opportunity pipeline and close deals in Spain, prioritizing Barcelona or Northern Spain.

You'll translate customer needs into practical solutions, collaborate on multi-country initiatives, and use CRM to forecast and report progress.

This role offers exposure to strategic product and market development in LifeScience.

ResponsabilidadesMonitor and act on gaps to hit sales targets and maintain forecast accuracy

Understand customers' business needs to identify new opportunities and build relationships with decision-makers

Manage sales negotiations and lead stakeholder engagement within customers

Analyze problems to improve customer satisfaction, efficiency, delivery,



and product availability

Provide performance reports and utilize CRM (SalesForce.com) to manage pipeline and targets

Meet sales targets for the assigned territory, visit customers face-to-face or virtually

Generate and follow leads, manage contracts, support tactical plan implementation

Identify market and competitor activity and feed insights to management and marketing/sales teams

Collaborate across territories to share best practices and improve multi-country coverage

Requisitos principalesMicrobiology background

Experience in similar roles within the pharmaceutical industry

Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
