OverviewIn this role you help financial institutions transform their finance and risk operating models.

You will design and implement end-to-end processes for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost governance, collaborating with finance, risk, and technology teams.

You translate complex requirements into scalable solutions that drive efficiency and governance.

You work within the Risk CFO framework to support strategic decision-making and organizational change.

This is a hands-on opportunity to shape finance transformation programs with observable impact.

ResponsabilidadesDesign and implement future-state business processes aligned with objectives

Analyze current-state models to identify optimization opportunities

Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders

Support large-scale finance and risk transformation initiatives

Design and improve end-to-end finance processes

Contribute to expense management and spend governance

Assist in forecasting, including P&L; forecasting

Design and optimize cost allocation frameworks

Improve financial transparency, reporting accuracy, and decision-making





Support data governance initiatives and regulatory/compliance alignment

Develop change interventions and engage cross-functional stakeholders

Communicate recommendations, risks, and opportunities to leaders

Requisitos principalesMaster's degree in Finance

Minimum 2 years in business process design, finance transformation, CFO advisory, or related

Experience with FP&A;, forecasting, expense management, cost allocation, or management reporting

Experience collaborating with business, finance, risk, and technology stakeholders

Advanced proficiency in business process design

Advanced proficiency in data governance

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience mapping and optimizing end-to-end processes

Strong stakeholder management and communication

Ability to translate requirements into scalable solutions stakeholder management communication change management

ERP (SAP, FI/CO, FP&A;, CO, MM)
