Initial Contract with Potential Extension We're partnering with a leading global biopharmaceutical organisation to appoint an experienced Clinical Contracts Specialist on a freelance basis. This role is adecuado for a contracts professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading contract negotiations, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and driving agreements through to successful execution. You'll play a key role in supporting global clinical operations by drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a variety of clinical and vendor agreements while collaborating closely with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Clinical Operations, and external partners.

Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely contract execution and issue resolution.

Support Fair Market

Value (FMV) assessments and budget-related contract discussions. Support outsourcing initiatives, including proposal evaluation, supplier selection, and contract finalisation. Escalate complex contractual issues to senior stakeholders where appropriate. Strong understanding of contractual terms, legal language,



and risk assessment principles.

Experience working effectively within cross-functional and global teams. Minimum 2-4 years' experience in contract management, legal operations, procurement, clinical agreements, or a related field.

Experience within biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, CROs, medical devices, healthcare, or clinical research. Understanding of clinical development and outsourced service models. Previous experience supporting global or multi-country studies. Contract and vendor management expertise.

Additional

European language skills (French, Spanish, German, Italian, etc.). Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant contract negotiation or management experience; Fully remote opportunity.
