You work with producers, developers and artists to implement features and balance gameplay across systems.

You own features end-to-end, iterate from feedback, and analyze data to refine play experience.

You'll stay ahead of mobile market trends to deliver engaging, fair and fun player experiences.

ResponsabilidadesDesign and implement new features, systems, and content with cross-functional teams

Own tuning and balancing of gameplay systems and content; write design briefs and specs

Lead end-to-end feature ownership from concept through live iteration

Playtest and analyze data/feedback to optimize experiences

Collaborate to integrate systems into gameplay and maintain balance across subsystems

Coordinate with stakeholders to propose improvements and new content ideas

Analyze metrics and qualitative feedback to guide decisions





Coordinate with translators and integrate multilingual translations

Review current game content to improve design and monetization

Stay informed on mobile market trends and emerging tech to inform design

Create engaging and outstanding player experiences

Requisitos principalesAt least 3 years as a game designer

Experience designing free-to-play RPGs with live gameplay balancing

Understanding of engagement and monetization KPIs for mobile

Ability to analyze gameplay mechanics and feature designs for mobile games

Knowledge of level design, pacing, and monetization strategies for F2P games

Ability to design level systems and gameplay features

Strong design concepts and principles

Excellent written English communication; Spanish a plus

Excellent Microsoft Excel skills

Ability to align designs with the game's vision and incorporate feedback

Familiarity with motivation psychology to craft engaging experiences open to new ideas and cultures strong communication collaborative teamwork data analysis of gameplay metrics monetization design for F2P balancing and tuning of live systems
