Madrid, Spain Hybrid work model Permanent contract No relocation support (candidates must already reside in Spain) Working Hours Monday – Thursday: 09::00 Friday: 09::00 Availability aligned with the US time zone is preferred, especially during the onboarding period.

Compensation €30,000 gross annual base salary Uncapped commission plan Monthly target commission of €600 Performance multipliers: Key Responsibilities Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements Native or fluent German and strong English . 1–6 years of experience in Sales, BDR, SDR, Outbound Sales, or Call Center. Comfortable with cold calling and KPI-driven sales.
