Job Description
* Define and implement the HR strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
* Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Committee on all people-related matters.
* Lead employee relations and labour matters, ensuring compliance while supporting business needs.
* Drive talent acquisition initiatives across corporate, commercial and operational functions.
* Enhance performance management, talent development and succession planning processes.
* Design and implement learning and development initiatives to strengthen organisational capabilities.
* Lead employee engagement and internal communication programmes.
* Manage and develop the HR function,



ensuring efficient delivery of people services.
* Support organisational transformation and change management initiatives.
* Develop HR metrics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
* Partner closely with business leaders to improve workforce effectiveness and organisational performance. The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within retail, consumer‑facing, multi‑site operations, industrial or manufacturing environments.
* Experience supporting CEOs and leadership teams in fast‑paced and evolving organisations.
* Demonstrated success leading talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement initiatives.
* Experience operating in environments undergoing transformation, growth or organisational change.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Fluent English is essential; fluent French is a plus. What's on Offer
