Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Define the vision and roadmap for system architecture, IT investments, and enterprise modernization efforts.

Process Architecture

Build a standardized framework and processes for System Analysis across the organization

.

Internal Governance

Lead and optimize whole-company internal processes for efficiency and alignment

.

Requirements Governance

Oversee the translation of complex business objectives into clear, scalable technical specifications and system requirements.

Team Management

Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of system analysts, business analysts, and solution architects, managing two teams totaling 12 people

.

Performance &

- Development:

Directly manage team performance through regular performance reviews

.

Documentation

Be in charge of the documentation analytics process

.

Infrastructure

Work on solution and infrastructure design

.

Vendor &

- Stakeholder Management:





Collaborate with executive leadership, department heads, and external tech vendors to evaluate and procure enterprise solutions.

Process Optimization

Identify areas of underperformance in current IT systems and introduce continuous improvements to efficiency and ROI.

Risk &

- Compliance:

Ensure systems adhere to cybersecurity standards, data privacy regulations, and organizational governance policies.

Role Requirements

Leadership Experience

Experience in a Global management of System Analysis

Enterprise Knowledge

Deep understanding of how development works in a large-scale (enterprise) environment

.

Technical Proficiency

Proficiency in key technical tools, including AI tools, Jira, and Confluence

.

Management

Proven management experience, including overseeing and scaling technical teams.
