We're a growing SaaS startup based at Lanzadera in Valencia, combining industrial expertise, technology and AI to make factory operations smarter and more efficient.

We're looking for an Implementation Project Manager with at least 2 years of experience in software implementation or Customer Success within B2B SaaS.

You'll own the implementation of our platform at new manufacturing clients, from kickoff to go-live, and help them get real value from the product. You'll work closely with our Customer Success and Product & Engineering teams.

? What you'll do

- Lead end-to-end implementations: Manage project scope, timelines, stakeholders, milestones and go-live.
- Configure the platform: Run workshops with clients, understand their processes and adapt Solved to their needs.
- Drive adoption: Train key users, plant managers and shop-floor operators, ensuring a smooth transition to the platform.
- Manage client relationships: Become a trusted point of contact during implementation and after launch.
- Own support requests: Troubleshoot configuration issues, answer product questions and follow up until resolution.
- Collaborate with Engineering: Investigate bugs, document reproducible issues and coordinate fixes with the development team.
- Keep everything organized: Track client activities, tickets and next steps in HubSpot.
- Leverage AI in your daily work: Use AI-powered tools to streamline documentation, troubleshoot issues, prepare training materials, analyze information and automate repetitive tasks.
- Improve our processes: Help build scalable implementation and Customer Success workflows as we grow.

? What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience implementing software or working in Customer Success at a B2B SaaS company.




- Proven ability to manage implementation projects with multiple stakeholders, deadlines and deliverables.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to following up and getting things done.
- Comfortable learning, configuring and troubleshooting software.
- Excellent communication skills, from shop-floor operators to senior management.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment, taking ownership and adapting to change.
- Fluent Spanish and good English communication skills.

⭐ Nice to have
- Experience implementing industrial software such as MES, CMMS, QMS, ERP or traceability solutions. This would be a particularly strong fit.
- Understanding of manufacturing operations, quality management or standards such as HACCP, IFS or BRC.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, Project Management or a related field.
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar) to improve productivity, automate workflows, troubleshoot problems or support project management.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM and ticketing tools.
