Do you have experience managing IT service providers, driving service performance, and building strong vendor relationships in an international environment?

We're looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager to join a integral Supplier Management team supporting critical IT services across multiple regions.

Your responsibilities:

- Manage and govern external IT service providers
- Drive SLA & KPI performance and continuous service improvement
- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, IT Operations, and global stakeholders
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and vendor compliance
- Work in an international environment with teams across Europe, Asia, and Latin America





What we are looking for:

✅ 5 years in IT Service Management, Vendor Management, or Supplier Management

✅ Experience with outsourced IT services or Managed Service Providers (MSPs)

✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

✅ ServiceNow or other ITSM platform experience

✅ Fluent English (C1)
