We are looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager!

We are currently supporting a Digital Hub in the search for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join the Supplier Management team and oversee the delivery and performance of outsourced IT support services in a global environment.

✅ What we're looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management, Vendor Management, Supplier Management, or similar roles
- Experience managing outsourced IT services and Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
- Strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks, SLA/KPI management, and service governance processes
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management platforms
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills,



with fluent English
