Role Overview:

Seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user access issues.

Required Skills:

- Windows OS and Active Directory
- IT Hardware and Software Support
- LAN/WAN, Routers, Switches & Wi-Fi
- Network and Infrastructure Troubleshooting
- Endpoint Security and Patching
- Ticketing Systems and Remote Support Tools
- IT Asset and Incident Management

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide on-site IT support to end users.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and network devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Manage Active Directory and user access.
- Perform security updates, patching, and routine maintenance.
- Maintain IT documentation and coordinate with vendors.
- Support infrastructure upgrades and multiple sites.

Nice to Have: CompTIA A+, Network+, Azure Fundamentals, ServiceNow.
