As our IT Support Specialist in Madrid, you are the person our teams rely on to stay connected, productive and secure.

You are maintaining the operational backbone of our Spain office and supporting colleagues across markets. Your ability to anticipate needs, resolve issues efficiently and communicate clearly across a multilingual environment has a direct impact on how well the business runs day to day.

Technical

Support & Helpdesk Provide application, operating system, networking and hardware support to local and remote staff Troubleshoot network systems and respond to technical emergencies Deploy, configure and maintain workstations, peripherals and handheld devices (iOS and Android) Administer user accounts and access management via Microsoft EntraID Support and maintain our Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint,



OneDrive and Teams Voice Maintain audio/video equipment and support meeting room setups Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures Manage asset inventory and produce audit reports and metrics as needed Collaborate across departments to assess evolving IT needs and communicate relevant updates to management and staff 2 to 4 years of experience in a corporate IT support role Solid hands-on knowledge of Windows *, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory C1 level in both Spanish and English, written and spoken Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ or Microsoft MCSA Permanent contract within a growing international group Competitive salary complemented by an annual performance-based bonus Hybrid work model: 3 days in our Madrid office, 2 days remote Private health insurance with Sanitas, fully covered for the employee Steps may vary slightly depending on the role and local context.
