* Lead end-to-end eCommerce and mobile app projects, from kickoff to successful delivery
* Coordinate Agile ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure SDLC best practices
* Manage project plans, scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
* Act as the main point of contact for business and technical stakeholders, aligning expectations and priorities
* Oversee testing activities and support operational handover to production and support teams
* Use Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI to track progress, document decisions, and report on KPIs
* Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product teams to guarantee high-quality user experiences
* Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives in processes, tools, and delivery practices
