ResponsibilitiesEnsure delivery of services meets contractual KPIs, quality standards, and financial targetsHandle escalated customer issues and provide subject matter expertiseMonitor attendance, work performance, and compliance with policies and legal requirementsAnalyze team metrics, identify root causes of attrition, and partner with leadership on retention strategiesImplement corrective actions for performance issues, up to and including terminationCommunicate expectations, updates, and process changes effectively to staffManage shift-wide projects to improve productivity, quality, and service processesCollaborate with clients to align on strategy, KPI performance, and service deliveryRequirementsBilingual or proficient level of French and advanced level of EnglishPrevious management experience in a contact center environmentStrong communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrated ability to lead team in multi-tasking, prioritization,
