high-complexity events Own projects from early planning stages through execution Define how the event should be run — not just how to execute it Work closely with Sales, Originals, Product, and local Operations teams Support local teams in executing complex setups Complex events are delivered designed, tested, and reused Projects move forward without constant supervision or escalation Top-tier consulting (MBB or similar), OR Experience leading projects end-to-end Strong stakeholder management : Exposure to live events or large-scale physical operations Analytical skills (Excel, SQL) are a plus Fluent English required Ownership of the most complex and strategic projects in the company High visibility and direct exposure to senior leadership The opportunity to build operations from scratch at general scale Attractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance.
