At Amenitiz, we're on a mission to redefine how independent hoteliers grow their business in a digital-first world. As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll own the day-to-day execution of paid campaigns across our key acquisition channels - helping us reach the right hoteliers, at the right moment, with the right message. This is a hands-on execution role for someone early in their performance marketing career who is hungry to grow.
You'll work closely with our Performance Marketing lead and broader marketing team to run, optimize, and report on campaigns that directly drive pipeline and revenue. This role is based in our Barcelona office and reports to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager. Execute and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Search, YouTube/Display, and Reddit.
Monitor campaign performance daily - adjusting bids, budgets, audiences,
and creatives to hit efficiency and volume targets. Support A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages, and help translate results into actionable recommendations. Collaborate with the Content and Design teams to brief and iterate on ad creatives.
Contribute to regular performance reports, surfacing insights on what's working and what needs attention. 3-5 years of hands-on experience running paid social and paid search campaigns, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment. Proven experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (YouTube/Display and Reddit experience is a plus). Comfortable working with performance data - you know your way around CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and can spot what a metric is telling you.
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM for lead tracking, and Looker or similar BI tools for reporting. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - you take pride in clean account structures and reliable tracking. Business-level English required.
Additional languages are a strong plus - particularly Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese, given our multi-market presence. Comprehensive health insurance Versátil benefits - save on meals, childcare, transportation, and training with our tailored remuneration options
