Manage a team of 6-8 Senior MICE specialists Setup monthly development objectives for the sales team - develop specific training sessions based on needs.

Performance Analysis & Leadership Reporting: Oversee sales results reporting and deep-dive performance analysis, sharing key insights with leadership and maintaining a proactive handle on the critical commercial levers needed to drive results and hit growth targets. Lead collaboration with Events Builders to ensure we deliver a coordinated, platform-led proposition - providing high-quality feedback from the front line to help shape the automation tools your team uses every day.
