Management activities at Gemba to drive SQDC performance and improvement across the business.Mentors employees during daily management, kaizens and projects to multiply talent.Leverages knowledge of lean, six sigma and continuous improvement principles to solve problems utilizing a structured, data-driven approach.Bachelor's Degree in technical field (engineering, sciences)Master's Degree strongly preferred (or equivalent experience)Prior Plant Manager experience8+ years of manufacturing experience (Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Commercial Operations,
