As a IT & Data Manager
- Data & Analytics, your product portfolio will be composed of:
* Data products: strategic programs at regional level, requiring transversal view across sales, ops, finance
* Analytics products: data pipelines and BI platforms for exploratory, generate insights to improve our performances, and control the efficiency of the business strategy, at global level. Your global mission will be:
* Define the strategy and the implementation roadmap for the portfolio of products by liaising with global and regional stakeholders (business, IT, data, infrastructure, ...) and lead the technical delivery team.
* Create and promote critical enablers, such as the data ingestion, data quality, data governance, through data driven and value passed priority focus, across all portfolio of products.
* Unlock strategic data products, generated by strategic data sources containing information.
* Coordinate the integration of the data and analytics products together to deliver end-to-end solutions to global, regional and local countries and orchestrate their maintenance, support and full life cycle. SOBRE TI ~5+ years of experience in FMCG, Retail Data, Commercial Analytics, or Pharmacy Analytics. ~ Proven experience delivering customer and consumer data products,



including Digital Solutions, CRM, CDP, and related data platforms. ~ Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, sensitive data management, GDPR compliance, and Salesforce ecosystems. ~ Experience collaborating with Data Architects, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Visualization teams within Agile environments, squads, and tribes. ~ Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across Business, IT, Local, and General teams. ~ Hands-on experience with modern data platforms and cloud technologies such as Azure, Databricks, Power BI, or similar solutions. ~ Solid Product Management experience, with a track record of successfully delivering data-driven products and solutions. ~ Strong knowledge of modern data technologies and analytics best practices. ~ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field. ~ Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. ~ Ability to translate complex data concepts into clear business insights for non-technical stakeholders. ~ At Danone we are 100% committed to guaranteeing bias‐free selection processes and equal opportunities.
