OverviewIn this role you enable efficient procurement for Gartner associates worldwide, overseeing P2P activities and vendor interactions.

You'll manage requisitions, purchase orders, Oracle catalogs, and training to ensure smooth supplier relations and timely service delivery.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve purchasing issues, contributing to Gartner's mission of delivering actionable insights.

ResponsabilidadesOversee day-to-day management of community email boxes

Manage Requisitioning/Purchase Order system and educate internal customers and vendors on Gartner processes

Lead Oracle catalog buy relationships and coordinate issue resolution with catalog vendors

Coordinate order fulfillment for IT and non-IT products and services





Liaise with suppliers and internal clients to resolve outstanding PO issues

Develop training materials and drive efficiency initiatives across procurement processes

Requisitos principalesBachelor in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent experience

Minimum 3 years as a P2P Specialist or related experience with IT and non-IT goods/services

Knowledge of Procure to Pay best practices

Ability to exercise independent judgment for vendor problem resolution, invoice and quote reconciliation

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience with Oracle procurement modules, Contract Management Tool, DocuSign; strong MS Office skills

Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills strong communication and interpersonal skills problem solving and ambiguity management self-motivated with willingness to learn and receptiveness to feedback
