OverviewIn this role you will own the multi-year brand strategy for gastroenterology indications and lead cross-functional execution to maximize commercial impact.

You work closely with Global Marketing and affiliate teams to shape plans, coordinate resources, and engage key external stakeholders.

You will manage brand resources, budget, and training to ensure compliant, effective campaigns.

ResponsabilidadesShape and own the multi-year brand strategy for the assigned indication, including lifecycle management and business planning

Influence and co-create with Global Marketing to shape general plan strategies and ensure local implementation

Lead cross-functional execution with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Public Affairs, Communication, Business Excellence and Sales

Develop and deliver promotional materials, tools, and resources for the field force with brand consistency and compliance





Supervise the A&P; budget to maximize ROI and optimize marketing investments

Engage with key external stakeholders (KOLs, Scientific Societies, Patient Associations) to gather insights and strengthen brand positioning

Lead marketing training plans for current team and new hires in collaboration with Medical

Monitor market dynamics and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats

Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal and ethical requirements in all marketing activities

Requisitos principalesEstablished experience in Product Management or Marketing with a track record of leading business plans and cross-functional teams

Experience in the gastroenterology therapeutic area

Prior experience as a sales representative/MSL or in market access roles
