Already living in Malaga and ready for something new? We’re hiring for our client, a fast-growing company working with tech and e-commerce brands & they’re looking for someone who’s not just “good with customers”… but who actually cares. Responsibilities
* Help customers with everything from product onboarding to troubleshooting tech issues
* Guide users through software, hardware & IoT setups
* Solve tricky cases
* Communicate via phone & email (mostly inbound)
* Document cases and keep things structured You'll be happy in this role if you:
* Actually enjoy helping people
* Can stay calm when things get messy
* Like figuring things out
* Prefer a smaller, close-knit team over a huge corporate setup
* Want stability
* Fluent in Norwegian (written & spoken)
* Good level of English (internal language)
* Around 1+ year experience in customer service/support
* Already based in Malaga (or very close)
* Comfortable with tech (you don’t need to be an expert, but not afraid of it either)
* Base salary + possibility to earn monthly performance bonuses
