- Job Summary:
- As a Product Manager (Retail Merchandising), you will select, manage, and optimize the product collections distributed to stores across international markets. Combining sharp commercial acumen with real-time market insights, you will ensure that each store receives the adecuado assortment to meet local customer demand, maximize turnover, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Responsibilities:
- Select and manage commercial store collections across assigned international markets, factoring in local socio-economic conditions, customer demographics, and competitor dynamics.
- Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance using key merchandising KPIs, including turnover, sell-through, success rate, and stock cover.
- Track inventory levels across stores and centralized warehouses, responding swiftly to demand by coordinating inter-store transfers and redistributing merchandise.
- Maintain close, direct communication with store managers and sales teams to gather qualitative feedback on collections and inform them of upcoming deliveries.
- Plan, place, and track store supply orders through to final delivery, working closely with the Distribution and Logistics teams to coordinate shipments.




- Collaborate closely with Design and Procurement teams to share actionable market feedback and product needs, helping shape future collection assortments.
- Required Qualifications (Must-Haves):
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Product Manager, Merchandiser, Retail Planner, Allocator, or in an in-store sales/management role within the fashion or retail sector.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with proven ability to interpret retail KPIs (e.g., turnover, sell-through, stock rotation).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, and managing large sales and stock data files).
- Full professional fluency in both Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Genuine passion for fashion, current trends, and commercial product management.
- Availability and willingness to travel frequently across international markets.
- Currently based in Spain or fully able to relocate within Spain.
- Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):
- Fluency or professional proficiency in additional languages (e.g., French, Portuguese, Italian, German, or Arabic).
- Prior experience providing direct commercial and market feedback to design, buying, or procurement teams.
- Experience working within fast-fashion or high-volume multi-market retail environments.
