OverviewIn this role you drive product messaging and go-to-market initiatives for ADP's international division.

You'll collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to craft compelling value stories and enable sales with effective materials.

You'll analyze performance, inform strategy with data, and amplify ADP's thought leadership across channels.

Your work helps expand adoption, build brand equity, and contribute to integral revenue growth.

ResponsabilidadesDevelop messaging and content that communicates product value to target audiences

Create sales enablement materials and train sales teams

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent product messaging

Manage multiple priorities and communicate status to stakeholders

Launch and promote products via go-to-market campaigns, collateral, and events/webinars

Analyze asset performance and use data to optimize strategies

Capture customer and partner use cases into compelling content (case studies, blogs, press releases)

Evangelize ADP's value proposition with customers, partners, press, and social media





Conduct market research to inform positioning and marketing strategies

Requisitos principalesBachelor in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or related field; MBA or Master's preferred

Minimum 1 year of product marketing experience in enterprise B2B or SaaS

Experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) is a key competency

Strong understanding of product marketing: research, segmentation, positioning, messaging and branding

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills

Analytical skills with ability to translate data into value-based messaging

Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and design

Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation and BI tools

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Capable of traveling across regions collaboration communication creativity
