We are looking for a Product Owner Consultant to drive product vision, manage priorities, and ensure the successful delivery of business and technical solutions, acting as the key link between stakeholders and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities are aligned with business goals and strategic objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and priorities.
- Lead backlog refinement sessions, sprint planning, reviews, and prioritization activities within Agile environments.
- Work closely with Development, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Define and maintain product roadmaps and release plans.
- Ensure requirements are clearly understood by delivery teams and validate completed functionality against expected outcomes.
- Monitor product performance, user feedback, and business value realization to drive continuous improvement.
- Support testing activities, user acceptance processes, and production releases.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, driving alignment and decision-making.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar product management role.




- Strong experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Demonstrated expertise in backlog management, user story definition, and requirements gathering.
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and working in international environments.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and delivery processes.
- Fluent English is required.
- Product Owner certifications (PSPO, CSPO, PMP, or equivalent) will be considered an asset.

Nice to Have:

- Experience working on government, tax, regulatory, or track & trace solutions.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and customer journey mapping.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, cloud solutions, and software architecture concepts.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and KPI definition.
- Previous involvement in large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
