What you will do in this role¿Posee las habilidades y la experiencia adecuadas para este puesto? Lead and manage a team of Team Leaders, ensuring operational performance, employee engagement, and the consistent application of company policies and standards.Drive revenue and financial performance through forecasting, budgeting, and monitoring billable and non-billable activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Training, HR, Quality, WFM, and Talent Acquisition to identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement action plans.Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions with direct reports, support team development,
