* Conducting initial nursing assessments for incoming residents as well as scheduled periodic check-ups.
* Accurately preparing and administering prescribed medications in line with medical directives.
* Providing compassionate palliative care, including the administration of pain relief and palliative medications.
* Validating and updating individual care, nutritional, and pharmaceutical plans alongside the interdisciplinary team.
* Keeping resident medical records up to date with clear notes on health evolution and clinical directives.
* Offering moral and psychological support to residents and answering questions from their family members.




* Supervising auxiliary care personnel following guidelines established by the multidisciplinary team.
* Performing INR coagulation tests (Sintrom monitoring) and adjusting doses as prescribed by the supervising physician. What you bring to the team:
* A completed university degree in Nursing (Diplomatura or Grado en Enfermería).
* No prior work experience is required (0 months experience needed; recent graduates are welcome to apply).
* No specialized geriatric nursing degree is needed, as a general registered nurse qualification is completely sufficient.
* A dedicated, empathetic, and responsible attitude toward elder care.
* Readiness to work rotating shifts covering both daytime and nighttime schedules. What the position offers:

* A gross annual salary of 29,000 EUR, paid out in 12 monthly installments.
