The Role You will support Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with their enquiries and providing a professional and positive customer experience through different communication channels. What We’re Looking For
* Fluent Dutch (C1/C2)
* Good English (B2+)
* Previous customer-facing experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, tourism or a similar environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

* Good computer literacy
