* Strong with JIRA is a must We are seeking an experienced PMO – Digital Industrial & QA Solutions to support strategic digital transformation initiatives within a leading pharmaceutical organization. This role will play a key part in the successful delivery of critical Manufacturing, Laboratory, and Quality Systems projects, working cross‑functionally with QA, QC, Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Support governance, planning, and execution of strategic projects
* Track project plans, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
* Manage risks, issues, and change requests
* Prepare Steering Committee materials and project status reports
* Monitor KPIs, budgets, resource allocation, and project progress
* Coordinate activities with internal stakeholders and external vendors
* Ensure compliance with GxP requirements, validation processes, and audit expectations
* Maintain project documentation and governance standards Desired Experience
* PMO,



Project Coordinator, or Project Management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry
* Strong understanding of GxP‑regulated environments
* Knowledge of Manufacturing, Laboratory, or Quality Systems
* Experience with governance, reporting, and stakeholder management
* Excellent communication and organizational skills Preferred Systems Experience
* PAS-X (MES)
* LIMS / LES
* LabWare
