Our projects go from idea to market launch in 6 months or less, serving international e-commerce brands, tech startups, and funded entrepreneurs.

What You’ll Do Own and manage timelines, scope, and budgets across multiple product development projects. Ensure all deliverables meet the project's goals, scope, and standards through timely feedback and issue resolution. Maintain active, real-time communication with local team members to prevent delays. Use tools like ClickUp, Miro, and Google Drive to plan, track, and visualize progress.

Who You Are 5+ years experience in project management within product design, engineering, or hardware development.

Background in industrial design, engineering, or product development—this is essential. Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a must for local communication. Comfortable with Agile/Lean principles and working in fast-paced environments. Able to take initiative, make independent decisions, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Experienced with remote team collaboration, while maintaining strong local engagement.
