About the role

InnoIT keeps growing its software quality team, and we’re looking for QA professionals in the early stages of their testing career. You’ll join an Agile team and learn from senior colleagues about manual testing, automation and AI tools for testing.

Responsibilities

- Work with the QA team to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Design and maintain test cases and test data.
- Run functional, regression and exploratory tests.
- Log and track defects, and verify that they’ve been fixed.
- Develop simple automation scripts, with guidance.
- Document testing processes, results and metrics.
- Take part in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning) and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in testing or similar roles (internships count).
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or currently studying.
- Knowledge of testing concepts and methodologies.
- Basic programming skills in Python, Java or JavaScript.




- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

Nice to have

- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium or SoapUI.
- Interest or experience in AI tools for testing.
- QA certifications (e.g. ISTQB Foundation).
