Investigate the security of practical implementations of quantum key distribution Protocols
Functions to be performed
Read scientific literature in the field of quantum communication and quantum key distribution (QKD) systems.
Develop both analytical and numerical security tests of quantum key distribution protocols with a partial characterisation of the behaviour of their devices.
Perform numerical simulations on the performance (i.e. secret key rate versus distance) of these systems.
Participate in seminars and scientific meetings.
Write scientific articles.
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Physics, Mathematics, Engineering or similar
Gross monthly salary: *,00 € (including the apportionments of extra payments)
