ThetaRay is seeking a Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer to join our Integral Support team in Madrid, Spain. You will resolve complex technical issues, assist with onboarding and deployment, and ensure high-quality service for customers worldwide. Ideal candidates bring Linux admin and networking experience, Kubernetes knowledge (AWS/Azure/OpenShift), SQL familiarity, and strong problem-solving. Fluent English is required; French is a plus.
