About us The Clueless is a New Media Tech company based in Barcelona and the creative studio behind Aitana López, the world's first commercial AI influencer. We build digital identities, AI avatars, campaigns and films, and we've worked with general brands such as Amazon, Audi, Coca-Cola, Hellmann's, Lynk & Co and Douglas.

We're growing fast and looking for the person who turns that interest into new business.

The role

As our Sales Executive, you'll sell The Clueless services to brands and agencies: AI avatars and digital identities, AI-powered campaigns, content and films, and our own AI tools. You'll work hand in hand with the founders from our Barcelona office, managing inbound requests and opening new opportunities with international clients.

Responsibilities

- Manage and close inbound requests from brands and agencies
- Prospect and open conversations with new brands, agencies and partners
- Run discovery calls, meetings and presentations, in person and online
- Prepare proposals and budgets together with the creative and production team
- Manage your pipeline with disciplined follow-up
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Report metrics and share market insights with the team

Requirements





- High level of English and Spanish (C1/C2 or native), spoken and written. This is a must: you'll lead meetings, calls and negotiations in both languages with international clients
- Based in Barcelona and available to work from our office on a hybrid schedule
- Proven experience in B2B sales (creative or advertising agencies, production companies, tech, SaaS or similar)
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar)
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Results-driven, organised and self-directed

Nice to have

- Network in fashion, beauty, retail, automotive or tech brands
- Familiarity with AI, the creator economy or digital marketing
- Catalan
