What You'll DoDrive sales growth and profitability across your territory.Identify and win new customers, projects, and applications.Build strong relationships with customers, EPCs, contractors,



and key decision-makers.Develop and present technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer needs.Lead commercial negotiations and manage sales forecasts and pipeline activities.Work closely with application, service, and technical teams to deliver outstanding customer solutions.Your Skills And ExperienceEducation & ExperienceUniversity degree in Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.Minimum 2-3 years of experience in selling complex industrial equipment, preferably within the region.Familiarity with commercial terms and risk mitigation within corporate guidelines.Strong sales and negotiation skills.Customer-focused with strong listening skills.Your job locationIdeally positioned in the Barcelona area, this role is fully remote and employed through our legal entity in Madrid, Spain.You join a general network where we learn from each other and share knowledge openly.
