As B2C Sales Manager, you own the entire pipeline of warm deals.Hold sales meetings with tech and data professionals: understand their plans, recommend the right training program, and present our two packages (Standard and Premium).

Handle objections and remove barriers: need for support, preference for in-person training, doubts about skill level, or choosing between several programs.Ensure the prospect is a good fit before making a sale: do not sell to profiles outside our target audience.Ensure that only qualified leads reach sales meetings.Keep Pipedrive up to date and ensure the reliability of sales data.Produce weekly reporting: pipeline status, conversion rate, sales cycle, reasons for lost deals.Optimize the sales process: scripts, lead routing, follow-up sequences and emails.



??????????:You have 3 to 5 years of experience in consultative B2C or long-cycle B2B sales (training, edtech, tech recruitment, SaaS, marketing agency...).
