Role Overview

We are seeking an experiencedSAP CS Consultantto support the design, configuration, testing and deployment of SAP Customer Service processes within a large-scale SAP transformation programme.

The successful candidate will work across business and technical teams to ensure successful implementation, integration and cutover of SAP CS solutions.

This role follows a technical delivery model focused on configuration, testing, integration and deployment readiness.

Mission

Ensure technical implementation, configuration, and cutover execution across the IT ecosystem.

Deliver best-fit IT systems, manage configuration, testing, and support seamless cutover and transition.

Key Responsibilities

Define configuration requirements and liaise with development and delivery teams

Configure SAP CS solutions in line with business requirements

Advise on enhancements, extensibility options and integration requirements

Support data mapping and migration activities

Ensure SIT success and support defect resolution

Coordinate Business on Business (BoB) readiness activities





Support Legacy application adaptation and transition planning

Execute cutover activities and support deployment readiness

Support go-live and post-go-live stabilisation activities

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across the SAP ecosystem

Experience working within complex general SAP deployment programmes
