Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver customer-facing financial solutions including leasing, rentals, and customized programs
- Consult with capital sales organization to create strategic customer plans and expand da Vinci adoption
- Lead customer meetings and finance training programs for hospital financial decision makers
- Manage market portfolio and support cross-functional asset pool management




- Coach and educate leadership team on financial programs and drive process scalability

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant finance or business development experience
- Extensive expertise in structuring customer finance solutions and financing programs
- Proven track record in mid-sized international or medical device environments
- Excellent verbal and written English; additional European language a strong asset
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent transactions in fast-paced settings
