€Polish speaker|Native/Bilingual English A leading international technology company is growing its sales team in Madrid and looking for aresults-driven Account Executiveto join the team.

This is afull-cycle sales rolewhere you'll own the journey from first contact and discovery through product demonstrations, free-trial management and ultimatelyclosing new subscriptions.

Manage thefull sales cyclefrom prospecting to close

Qualify prospects and identify business needs

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity

Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Experience team

First 4 weeks fully on-site in Madridfor training

50% hybrid, once at least 70% of target is achieved

Polish speaker

~ Native or bilingual English

~ 1–6 years of commercial/sales experience

~ Experience inAE, SDR, BDR, outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation or B2B sales

~ Strong closing and commercial mindset

~ Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environmentPure customer support, customer success without commercial exposure, career changers and significantly overqualified senior profiles are not prioritized.
