Senior Business Analyst –

- Interest Rate Swaps / Fixed Income

What we look for?

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to ensure the team delivers a high-quality solution that meets the needs of the business, using industry best practices to document and communicate requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

100% remote position for people located in Spain.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with business users (traders) to understand and gather their requirements.
- Work closely with the project team to ensure those requirements are included in the project planning and roadmap.
- Work closely with the Software Development team to explain requirements and ensure they are delivered.
- Provide backup support as a local SME to the existing Level 1 Trading Floor Support teams.

Mandatory Requirements

- 5+ years of experience with expert-level product knowledge of Interest Rate Swaps, electronic pre-trade flows and post-trade flows, including how swaps are valued and priced.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Fixed Income markets, with Agile methodology and expertise in writing use cases.
- Proven experience as a hands-on Business Analyst within a front-office development team on trading floors.
- Familiarity with trading terminology such as RFQ, Bid/Ask price, Client Tiering and Trading Venue.
- English level C1.

Nice To Have

- Experience as a Business Analyst in Fixed Income projects.
- Ability to establish and maintain BA governance processes.




- Strong ability to communicate with front-office traders, as well as middle/back-office teams and project members.
- Able to work on own initiative and deliver results to tight deadlines.
