What You'll Do

Own and develop the technical champion in the opportunities.

Deliver technical product presentations & demonstrations.

Articulate the CrowdStrike technical message where required.

Ask open and challenging discovery questions to uncover pain and drive requirements.

Run Proof of Values (POV) with approved success criteria demonstrating the benefits and value of the platform.

Collaborate with the Product Management team on key accounts and their technical product requirements.

Learn and test different cyber security attack techniques against the CrowdStrike Falcon platform.

Provide informal training to the Corporate team on CrowdStrike technology and competitive messaging.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer feedback and issue resolution with the Support team.





What's Required

Proven track record in technical roles (support, consulting, or systems engineering) with self-direction and organizational excellence

Exceptional communication abilities for technical and business audiences

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills under pressure

Ability to evaluate complex architectures and identify security vulnerabilities and optimization opportunities

Desire for continuous learning and professional growth

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

Experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making and drive business outcomes

Native fluency in German and business-level English

Bonus Points

Knowledge of incident response, forensics, network administration and endpoint security

Malware analysis experience and cybersecurity expertise

MEDDIC/Value Selling awareness
