Requisitos principales4+ years of experience in project management or operational roles with a focus on implementation or execution

Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills

Ability to manage complex projects and drive change across many stakeholders

Motivation for versátil, agile consulting environment

Excellent English (C1+) and local office proficiency

Experience in holistic process redesign, lean and operations transformation; M&A; carve-outs in transformation; AI implementations or AI-enabled tools is highly desirable
