Qualifications
Must-Have
5+ yearsinHR(business partnering, employee relations, compensation, or talent).
Native or fluent inSpanish.
Degree from a top-20 university in Spain.
Knowledge of theEstatuto de los Trabajadores, collective agreements, Social Security, and Spanish payroll.
