You lead V&V; activities, shaping test environments and validating campaigns, with direct impact on product acceptance.

This role combines technical leadership with cross-functional collaboration to elevate safety and quality in high-stakes projects.

Requisitos principales5+ years of V&V; experience on critical systems

Experience in aerospace or similar demanding environments

Strong lifecycle understanding from requirements to final validation

Experience leading or coordinating technical teams

Proficiency in Python and C/C++

Familiarity with V&V; tools (DOORS, Jira, Jenkins, Pytest)

Ability to define and execute tests at software and system level leadership cross-functional collaboration effective communication
