ResponsabilidadesDesign, build, and operate search systems powering content discovery and engagement

Develop and improve ML models across the personalization stack from candidate generation to ranking

Enhance candidate retrieval with embeddings, two-tower architectures, and user/content signals

Lead experimentation and AB testing to measure impact and iterate on models





Leverage LLMs for content understanding and feature extraction

Optimize performance, latency, and scalability in high-traffic environments

Contribute to engineering best practices including testing, observability, and CI/CD

Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and analysts to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

Requisitos principales2-4 years of experience with ML methods focused on recommender systems, search, ranking, or personalization

Strong Python production ML experience

Experience with AB testing/experimentation frameworks

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized environments

Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases

Degree in computer science, machine learning, statistics, or equivalent work experience collaboration with cross-functional teams data-driven decision making strong communication and judgment in architectural decisions

Python for production ML

A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
